Sodhera.com is an AI-powered search engine for Nepali legal documents. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to process, index, and provide search results from publicly available legal documents. You acknowledge that the processing is automated and subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

We are constantly developing and improving the Service. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features, functionalities, or service limits at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

3. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian to ensure that both you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to them. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (“Registration Data”) and to update such information to keep it accurate. • Termination by Us: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. General Provisions

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lalitpur, Nepal, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sodhera Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
